CONSENT AGENDA: Level I & II projects that the City Preservation Officer believes to be in accordance with the Design Guidelines. Any commissioner or member of the public may move any Consent Agenda item to the Regular Agenda for discussion.
1. Spring/Main Intersection – Reed, applicant – applicant is seeking to install a public art display between the street and retaining wall that will include 7 metal and glass panels ranging from 3 to 6 ft tall and 16 to 18 inches wide, installed with concrete footers and a metal sign approximately 24x18 inches. The area to extend approximately 21 ft from the iron fencing toward the hydrant.
ADMINISTRATIVE APPROVALS by City Historic Preservation Officer: Minor impact projects include ordinary maintenance that does not involve a change in materials. New and replacement signs. Alterations to non-contributing and/or non-historic structures (excluding major additions or demolition). Medium impact projects that meet Design Guidelines.

2. 73 Spring – Roberson, applicant – repair awning, general maintenance
3. 216 W VanBuren – Avanzino, owner – repair/replace pool area, similar form and materials
4. 110 N Main – Ford, owner – general maintenance
5. 60 Mountain – Sutherland, owner - general maintenance
6. 110 Spring – Sutherland, owner - general maintenance
7. 226 Spring – Urquizu, owner – 12 linear ft limestone retaining wall with steps, 3.5 ft tall on back of property
8. 115 E VanBuren – Buford, owner – replace asphalt sidewalk with concrete, similar form
9. 12 Washington – Walton, owner – repaint, general maintenance
